Following the postponement of the meeting on 21 July, the Parish Council will now meet on 3 August at 7.30pm in Launton Parish Hall.

All are welcome to attend but due to the current infection rates we will have new arrangements for attending in-person meetings:
- all attendees to enter through the main doors;
- windows to be kept open;
- all attendees to use hand sanitiser on entry;
- the tables for Councillors will be well spaced with no sharing;
- a table near the main doors will be available to collect meeting papers on entry;
- spacing the public chairs out nearest the main door;
- all attendees to wear masks into the building and only take them off once seated or speaking.
