The village has a number of organisations and management companies which are responsible for different areas of the village.
The Caversfield Management Company is responsible for the Brashfield Park area of the the village north of Skimmingdish Lane covering Turnpike Road and Manzel Road.
The Garden Quarter development is managed by Encore Estate Management.
Stratton Fields Management Limited is responsible for the area on the north side of Thompson Drive and includes: Wilson Way, Truemper Grove, Horne, Rau Court and Montgomery Road.
Numbers 1 to 10 Springfield Road have their own company.
The rest of Springfield Road, Fairhaven Road, Woodcote Road and Elderfield Road are managed by the Rowans.
Old School Close does not have a management company.
Other areas are owned by the MoD and managed by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (including the park).
