We will be holding two meetings on Wednesday, 18 May starting at 7.00pm in the Community Room of Gagle Brook School in Elsmbrook (please note the earlier time). The Annual Parish Meeting will be first – at 7pm – and the Parish Council Meeting will follow on.
The Annual Parish Meeting agenda and last year’s minutes are available. The Agenda and meeting papers for the Parish Council meeting are also available. If you would like hard copies of any of the documents please do let the Clerk (clerk@caversfield-pc.gov.uk) know before the meeting so that there are enough copies.We also still have one Parish Councillor vacancy. If you’d like to help make a difference, come and see what we do. Information about becoming a Councillor is available.
The school is at the bottom of Charlotte Avenue and there is very limited parking available to the left side of the school with a drop off area outside the entrance. There is a separate, accessible, entrance to the Community Room on the right hand side of the school (furthest from the car park). Please do use the car park as there are penalties for parking in other areas, however, if you can car share, then that would be even better.
