There will be an additional Parish Council Planning Meeting on Wednesday 6 November at 7.00pm at Elmsbrook Community House, 1 Bramley Avenue, OX27 8BA (please note the different venue) to discuss planning application reference 19/02075/F at The Old Vicarage, Fringford Road, OX27 8TH for “Erection of 4 No dwelling houses with associated garages, access and landscaping”.
The Council will also be considering the Oxfordshire County Council consultation for the proposed crossing for the A4421 outside Bicester Heritage at the meeting.

The Community House is on Bramley Avenue which is the last turning on the left before the hoardings and the ‘unmade’ part of Charlotte Avenue; there is limited parking, so if you can arrange to car share, that would be helpful. There is a location map with the agenda.
